Gradient Advanced Technologies and Quuppa Supporting the Hyde Park Barracks Renewal Project

The Hyde Park Barracks is a UNESCO World Heritage site in the historic heart of Sydney, currently home to the Hyde Park Barracks Museum. As part of the Hyde Parks Barracks Renewal Project, commemorating the site’s bicentennial, the museum has partnered with Local Projects to develop and an authentic exhibition experience, featuring an engaging narrative and employing contemporary interpretative techniques, immersive installations and unconventional interactive elements.

This bold project is the first reinterpretation of the Hyde Park Barracks since it opened as ‘a museum of itself’ in 1991, offering visitors a new way to experience authentic, well researched ‘living’ history at a heritage site.
