Gradient Advanced Technologies at the Hyde Park Barracks Museum

Gradient Advanced Technologies is proud to be a part of the reopening of the world heritage listed Hyde Park Barracks in partnership with Sydney Living Museums, following the completion of the Hyde Park Barracks Renewal Project in February.

The newly transformed Hyde Park Barracks Museum (read more) is equipped with 156 Quuppa BLE locators across three levels, powering the innovative Story Guide system developed by Local Projects to guide visitors through the barracks’ immersive and interactive exhibits. The locators, supplied and installed by Gradient Advanced Technologies in close consultation with museum, provide unparalleled accuracy to enable the Sydney Living Museums team to delivery a truly next-generation museum experience. The completed project leverages the handspan accuracy of the Quuppa Intelligent Locating System™ to respond to visitor locations in real time, providing context appropriate audio and video to bring the history of the Hyde Park Barracks to life.
